Luminae Living ("we", "us") operates luminaeliving.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

What we collect
Information you give us. If you subscribe to our journal, we collect your email address. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. If you comment on an article, we collect the name and email you supply.
Information collected automatically. Our site is hosted on Wix, which sets essential cookies required for the site to function and, if you consent, analytics cookies that record pages viewed, approximate location (country or region level), device type and referring source. We do not receive your full IP address in an identifiable form.
We do not collect payment information, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

How long we keep it
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept for two years. Analytics data is retained by Wix according to its own retention schedule.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access to your data, correction of it, erasure of it, restriction of its processing, or a portable copy of it. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you may withdraw consent at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.
Write to luminae.living@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) in Portugal, or with the supervisory authority in your own country.

You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time through your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be refused, as the site will not function without them.
